- Sessions are set for a duration of 15 minutes.
- Optimal results are achieved by hydrating before and after sessions.
- Ensure privacy by securely locking the door during your session.
- Please disrobe to your personal comfort level; maximal skin exposure enhances effectiveness, with complete nudity being most beneficial.
- Goggles and a towel are provided on the table for your convenience.
- If needed, the towel can be utilized as a pillow for added comfort.
- Begin your session by pressing start on the touch screen, allowing 5 seconds to put on your goggles and enter the bed.
- Pull top down as far as you can. It will rise up to the resting position.
- If you perspire during the session, utilize the towel to dry off.
- After your session, kindly place the goggles and used towel in the designated bin.
- Our staff will handle the cleaning of the bed.
