Description
Hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT) involves the administration of oxygen at a pressure slightly higher than atmospheric pressure in a specialized chamber. This non-invasive treatment aims to increase the amount of oxygen delivered to tissues throughout the body, promoting healing and reducing inflammation. Patients typically lie comfortably inside the chamber while breathing pure oxygen, which enhances oxygen absorption by the blood, even in areas with restricted blood flow. Mild HBOT is often utilized for various conditions, including wound healing, neurological disorders, sports injuries, and general wellness enhancement, with minimal risks and side effects associated with the procedure.
- Session Duration: Your mild hyperbaric session will last for one hour, with approximately 8-10 minutes spent reaching pressure and 8-10 minutes releasing pressure.
- Preparation: Please remove your shoes and items from your pockets before entering the chamber.
- Safety Guidelines: For your safety, refrain from bringing sharp objects, lighters, or anything that could create sparks into the chamber.
- Cell Phone Use: Feel free to use your cell phone or tablet inside the chamber; the WiFi password is “evergreen”
- Mask Policy: Your first session includes a complimentary mask, which you can reuse for subsequent sessions. Additional masks are available for purchase at $7 each.
- Entering the Chamber: Step into the chamber facing towards the head while holding the balance bar, then go to your knees before turning into the chamber. Our staff will zip you in securely.
- Communication: We’ll provide you with a walkie-talkie for easy communication during your session.
- Valve Control: You can control the valve yourself to set the pace according to your comfort level. If needed, we can assist you until you feel confident managing it on your own.
- Equalizing Pressure: Yawning, wiggling your jaw, swallowing, chewing, or holding your nose and blowing can help equalize the pressure in your ears.

I went into the hyperbaric chamber barely able to walk. When I got out I was able to walk a hundred times better. It lasted till the next day but was about 30% better than it was previous to the session in the hyperbaric oxygen chamber. My leg has gotten steadily better since that day. Five days later I would say my leg is 85% better and getting better every day. Can’t wait to do it again in a couple days.
